Amazing show.

This is one of the best series I have ever seen. It's so full of light, sadness and happiness and it's easy to dismiss it when so many dark and gritty shows are out there.

But SSD is an amazing gem, I cry my eyes out every episode, it's so perfectly written. Full of cliches but they serve the story.

I'm sad it's not coming back as a series, to me it suited the one hour format, the TV movies were good but they slowed and dragged down the story.

I agree (well, apart from the crying part ) My Wife and I liked this show too and it only started airing here in Australia on ACCTV this year and we were disappointed when we looked it up and found out it had been cancelled.

The good news is though it will at least continue with the movies so it isn't permanently gone like some other shows.
