It's real. The old lady in the show is my aunt and she lives for her work.

It is on M3 the same time it is on Hallmark. Sunday night. I just wish M3 in HD weren't one of those channels only certain service providers have.

as I understand hallmark is available on bell, but not rogers...so...

Definitely fictional. I am not sure what the Postal Service is like in America and Canada but where I live the people that work there are nowhere near as kind and generous as they are portrayed as in the TV show and movies and I have had things I have ordered online go missing I have had to wait MONTHS for them to find and one time they undid one of my Wife's boxes she ordered on House.com.au and put them out on to display to sell because of a mix up one of the workers made.
