Poor Character Development Kills It

Terribly flawed, but there was so much space to build the characters and explain why they are the way they are. The interlocking stories, never mesh and what could have been a really great 90 minute movie, goes over two hours and loses steam by the time the grand extremely violent, bordering on silly finale happens. All in all, it's a bit of a mess.

I agree, even though the stories were intertwined it never felt like they were properly linked. Usually with things like this everything is supposed to come together and not feel like two completely different movies.
