Any mini-series like this

I really loved this. Could you recommend any other mini-series that are as mysterious and tasty as this one? Thanks in advance 😂

reply

Well, I don't know about mysterious, but tasty I'll give you: Poldark, of course! LOL It's an Aidan Turner tour de force, and he's in practically every scene.

Stephen King's "It"
Frankenstein: The True Story (made for TV)

"Hey...I like that...I like that!!" Terry Silver Karate Kid III

I don't really recommend it, but Top of the Lake has twist and turns and subplots and is really creepy at times

Harper's Island is quite good. Also, if you love this specific story, I highly recommend you watch the Soviet version of ATTWN. Up until the mini-series, it was the only one to use the novel's original ending.

Ok, so it's not really anything like this, but i wanna recommend Murder by Death. It's a movie from the 70s that kinda parodies this house party killer concept. It's a hoot and stars really great actors. There was a similar movie in the 80s called Clue, based on the old board game. Again, great actors though i prefer the first one.

It's a movie rather than a mini-series, but check KIND HEARTS AND CORONETS. It dates from 10 years after Christie's story and depicts a mass-murderer's scheme from the murderer's sardonic point of view. It even quotes the nursery rhyme "Ten little n***" toward the end. possibly a reference to Christie's book.

It's not a mini series, but, Grantchester. And the many adaptation'as of Marple / Partners in Crime / Poirot out there

Sadly (as I was looking forward to it) avoid the 2015 version of Partners in Crime
