What was the point of episode 7?

Was it just to show us a biracial friendship? Is this in the game? We go back in time to meet Ellie's black friend? This show sucks...just more woke propaganda. In real life, the only way a black girl and a white girl would be friends is if the black girl acted like Candice Owens. In real life, Laquesha and Karen Smith are not BFFs. They never have been and they never will.

They scored some diversity points. Interracial lesbians +10 pts

2/7 episodes have been pointless homo-propaganda.

I am glad I don't pay to watch this.

The only thing Episode 7 had going for it was that it was indeed in the game, as the Left Behind DLC for the original title. So as a result, I was okay with this episode.

As for Episode 3, that was not in the game at all and completely fabricated, total filler, and a momentum destroyer.

With only two episodes left and already two filler episodes in this tiny season, what a downer.

As someone who has not played the game I felt like episode 7 lost my time. At the end of it we were mere minutes after the end of episode 6. I didn't need Ellie's back story. So she's infected. Alrighty. I don't care how it happened. Let's move on.

At least episode 3 had this whole survivalist thing going on that I thought was cool and we saw what lead to the radio codes, how Joel and Ellie got most of their gear, the pick-up, etc. Granted, I would have cut good chunks out of that episode but, in comparison, I would have cut episode 7 completely !

I've debated many times to myself whether I should comment on this post as I do not watch the show and have never seen any of it. I try to not comment too much on shows or movies I have not seen although sometimes I do comment but I try not to do it too much. With that being said, I fully understand about wokeness and all that and I can't stand it myself either. But, in regards to what I quoted above, I'm sorry but that's the biggest crock of bullshit that I've seen you come up with yet LOL. I've had two black best friends in my life (and several other black friends over the years). One leaned towards the Candace Owen side meaning, acted "white", while the other one, years later, was named Lashada and acted "black". And although I have lost touch with both of them over the years, they were my best friends during the times that I knew them. So yes, that statement above is false. Now I can't comment on whatever their relationship is within the show. I can only comment on my personal experience about white and black people not being best friends. That's just going too far over the top. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Yeah but that's because you're normal. White liberals don't have black best friends.

You sound like an unintelligent bigot.
