Poor mans The Americans
Its always pathetic when network television tries to copy superior cable shows. They just can't do it.

Crappy rip off.
F nbc
I was thinking more like State Of Affairs meets The Americans. It's not a rip off of anything as it is an American franchise of an existing foreign show that is OLDER than the Americans. If anything the Americans is the knockoff. But the timing is is such that it can be second so that it is safer for the production company and they don't have to take as big of a risk.
shareHaving permission to use someone else's intellectual property instead of just ripping it off doesn't make it that much better
shareYeah it's a rip off. The Americans was created by a former CIA agent, lending it a lot of credibility.
Allegiance looks like just another NBC failure.
