It would have lasted if it stucked to the original show...

I was addicted to the original catalan version , I watched it dubbed in French , then watched it again with subtitles.It was such a great piece of television and it made me cry quite a few times. This version...I saw two episodes and gave up,it just did not feel the same , it felt more like a MTV show , it had none of the heart of the original.
Leo was a wonderful character in the original. From the first episode in the original you fell in love with Leo , the way he stood up for people , for his strenght and courage ! In the first episode of the remake you just see him smoking dope and he did not even want Jordi in his room at first , in the original he welcommed him..
