Worth a look.

This is currently on Netflix streaming movies. I found it quite fascinating. Not only does it answer the main question, who was General Tso and why do most Chinese restaurants have "General Tso's Chicken" on the menu?", but also gives a quite interesting history of Chinese in the USA.

Richard Nixon isn't always known for good things but he has to receive lots of credit for the current popularity of Chinese food in the USA.
