Can someone explain the ending? *Spoilers*

I watched this on Youtube without English subs, and it was pretty much a mash up of past Ju-on movies with some pretty creepy parts.

What I don't get is the ending where her bf/husband was walking towards her with his neck broken and Toshio was sitting on the counter. What was the purpose of this scene? There was no definite ending, so I'm confused.
