Not Cool and Hollidaysburg

Just a few thoughts,

Both films are anything but seamless. The scenes are disconnected, disjointed, dis-everything. How can you not see this in post editing? It's as if they'd never seen a film before to get an understanding of context, montages, transitions, etc.

I don't see A 600k budget, and I sometimes wonder had they not wasted so much time debating scene directions and dealing with their individual "feelings", their days would have been more productive maybe. I don't know much about film making and after watching THE CHAIR, It seems as if the directors had more issues within themselves wanting to be liked and worrying about who was talking behind their backs. When all was said and done, I felt terrible for the writers.
