This hasn't been recommissioned, according to Steve Pemberton, quoted in the Radio Times, as viewing figures weren't deemed good enough by the BBC 

BBC does repeatedly make stupid desision like this. It was 'The hour' and now this! They don't recognise a good thing if it should hit them in the face.
Pity!
Probably time to replace the BBC board.

And yet it never ceases to bewilder me that BBC keep throwing money at dreary, dreadful duds like LADY CHATTERLEY'S LOVER, THE SCANDALOUS LADY W and LIFE IN SQUARES!!!
