Stupid awful film

The fact the kids aren't given a photo to identify the grandparents immediately ruined the film for me. I'm willing to forgive film stupidity but that was beyond stupid and other world unrealistic. No parent would just send their children off without them knowing who to look for. Also, this is not a horror film and old people aren't menacing or scary. 4/10

From someone with baby Godzilla for an avatar, you're one to talk about film stupidity.

Unlike most of M. Night's work since Signs, everything about The Visit is feasible. Not everyone thinks like you or does things like you. And they shouldn't have to. As long as what they put in a movie like this is feasible - unlike the fcking Happening sh!t, I'm happy.

Get off your soapbox while I play you a tune on the tiniest violin.
