Tempest sounds like Magda Szubanski

Tempest (those parents must've been in a Shakespeare rut), when she was berating Janet at the gallery in Sydney, reminded me of various characters that Magda Szubanski used to do back in the days of "Big Girls' Blouse" and "Fast Forward". I can't think of any specific one: just in general, but definitely not Sharon from "Kath and Kim."
