Someone needs to tell Gina .......

To stop using her Oompa Loompa inspired make up on a daily basis! I hate when they show a close-up of her terrible orange skin tone on camera.

reply

I like Gina but I agree. The makeup is ridiculous.

reply

And we've already seen that she leaves stained towels because of it.

reply

Yuck, but I doubt that she does her own laundry.

reply

It's really sad that she doesn't know how to apply a more natural look on her face.

reply

The way she piles it on it's more like war-paint then a regular makeup job. As a barrister, I would think her makeup would be a distraction, when she's questioning a witness. Everything about her seems overdone - makeup, hair, etc. She needs a more 'relaxed' look.

reply

I must admit that I have wondered if she actually goes into court with that makeup, those clothes and the shoes. I know the robes would hide some of it, but not enough, surely.

reply

I'm pretty sure she wears all that makeup while presenting a case before a judge.
In an earlier season 1 episode, a more experienced (yet younger male) barrister was questioning her, about the law. She seemed hesitant with her answers. Which makes me wonder what type of success she's had as a lawyer. The makeup/hairstyle may be something she hides behind.

reply

I wonder why she feels the need to be so made up. Is she hiding flaws or slight disfigurations? Is it in an effort to look tanned?
