Such a Real Reality Show

I upset that the show is over. I loved watching it. It was very real. Lindsay being Lindsay. No scripts; no fabricated situations. Just honesty.

I actually liked this docu-series as well. I think that's the difference between reality shows and documentary series. In reality shows, there is a director that sort of tells you what situations you should get into. Most of the time, the cast, will improvise which makes it a "reality"; however, most of the time they're given direction as to how to conduct the situation and what to say to elevate it.

In LINDSAY, it was all just documentary, which means they're filming without direction. Lindsay might of had benefited more from a Reality Series than this documentary, only because this documentary basically proved the media right. What I mean by that is her unreliability. As to with a reality series, they would of had drama but probably not much to hurt her reputation.

Either way, I really enjoyed this documentary series. Like you said, it was very honest. It was interesting to see the behind the scenes of some stuff such as when you're working with a writer for your book. Or the meetings that she had with some producers. It was interesting to find out that many times these celebrities are not paid to do photo shoots. I don't know, there were a number of little things that caught my attention.

I hope Oprah continues making these type of shows with different celebrities.
