I just came on here to type the same thing. I thought they were reshooting parts of the final 3 episodes in order to tie things up in a pretty pink bow for us so what was THAT ending? That really sucks.

reply

That sucks they ended it like that

reply

Agreed. The show and cast deserved a much better ending.

reply

it was terrible and CBS poor handling of this show

We know what happens. The blonde bimbo who got her gun taken by the ex who she suspected was a serial killer is going to get killed, due to being stupid. Nobody will even check up on her for a year or two, because she is that dumb. On her skeletal remains will be a note that says, "I shot myself" and they will take it for face value, and bury her in a pet cemetery, because she is that dumb.

I never watched the show, never heard anything about it, and didn't know it existed til 3 minutes ago..... but THAT was some funny s*** righ there, my man!

What an absolutely lame, annoying way to end this! CBS should really be fed to the dogs.

This was really one of the better shows on standard broadcast TV. Bad enough they cancelled it (no less for that CSI Cyber garbage), then they go end it in a way that's thoroughly insulting to the viewers. It's as if they said, 'why bother tying up loose ends or even concluding a story, no one is watching anyway'.

I doubt it will land on another network (though they could do a lot more with this on cable), but I'll keep hoping for it nonetheless.

Oh yeh, and I'll miss my weekly quotient of Maggie Q superlative hotness :)

I'm still hoping another network will pick this show up. A&E might be a good choice or Lifetime. Maybe TNT. Just not Hulu please. I don't have it and don't want to get a subscription to it for just one show.

They said CSI Cyber was popular with the younger crowd. However, I have also heard some people say that the younger crowd is a fickle crowd, so we will see. Hopefully it gets canceled before the second season even starts or shortly into it. I didn't watch it once for several reasons, not the least of which was that it didn't look good to me.

I'm not sure about the new shows coming on cbs. Supergirl might have a chance despite them making Jimmy Olsen an alpha male instead of the loveable geeky type everyone loved lol. Angel From Hell might have a chance, it's got Maggie Lawson from Psych and Jane (can't think of her last name) from Glee. I can usually remember her ladt name, but it won't come to me right now lol. Limitless will probably be extremely limited. Code Black could go either way. Life in Pieces looks okay, but I don't see it lasting to be honest. I will probably watch it because it's got Colin Hanks in it.

Immediately after the show ended last night, I thought, "that's it?" Then the more I thought about it, the more I realized the ending was perfect.

There is no need to spell out everything like we're all 5 years old and need our hands held to cross a street.

They resolved everything they needed to resolve. It may appear like they left Mira Sorvino's character hanging, but really, what other conclusion can happen when the killer took her gun and aimed it at her?

I liked that the writers left it that way.

I don't need to have an exact conclusion. Leaving things open to interpretation is not a bad thing. It makes you think and be creative.

That being said, I HATE that Stalker was canceled. I HATE that CSI: Cyber was not. I've tried watching CSI: Cyber and I just can't get into it. I'm not a huge fan of Patricia Arquette (though I did watch Medium) but her monotone delivery just doesn't fit with this type of show.

And before the show even aired, the promos made me want to hurl something at the TV. If I had to hear her say "I investigate crimes that start online and play out in the real world" one more time I was going to scream.

CBS should have canceled CSI: Cyber and kept Stalker.

I can only hope that another network picks it up. It's an interesting topic and one that should be on TV to give it the attention it deserves.

Sanitation. Expiration Date. Question everything? Or shut up and be a victim of authority.

I agree - and honestly I wasn't all that invested in Mira's character. All I care about: Jack and Beth are a thing; Janice is fine; Ben is fine; even Jack's ex and her new bf are back on track...the big storyline involving Beth/Perry/crazy dude was resolved a few weeks ago. That's all I really cared about.

Make your own ending. Here's mine: Mira drop kicks the *beep* out of Parker (Buffy's dick of a first college bf) and arrests him. The End.

reply

Do you really care? I don't!

Yes, we know.

Vicky dies. The name of the episode ( Love Kills ) is a dead giveaway ( pun intended ).

She knows way too much and the guy is armed and far enough to shot her if she tries to get the gun. It's over, she's gone.

reply

No, we don't. It's just your idea(not a bright one). He loved her, he helped her with other stalker. He never wanted to hurt her so he sure as hell wouldn't kill her in cold blood. Even his last line is 'so what are we going to do about this now, Vicky?' Plus he was always a suspect and he knows that Vicky shared her knowledge with others. Even when she was assaulted, he was there for no reason. They would arrest him for murder in a blink of an eye while correct me if I'm wrong but Vicky has zero proof that he did it. She knows, but she could never prove this in court.

That's exactly the reason he'll smoke her. Or do you think he'll simply talk to her, give back her gun and get arrested? lol.

She already knows more than she should know.

reply

Arrested for what? There is no proof he killed anyone. Just because Vicky all of sudden realized it was him, she can't prove it. If he kills her, he will be main suspect. Plus I mentioned before - he loves her more than anything, hence the group meetings and stuff. He knew she suspected him and could leave it and yet he risked his life for her when other stalker appeared. If other stalker have killed her, it would solve all his problems. At some point he reminds me of Ray, even though he's not exactly psychopath.
