On average, the most attractive bunch of "random" people

The majority of people on this, if not downright beautiful, are decent looking, certainly better than average. How is that possible? Who is selecting the supposed random people getting pranked if they aren't actors?

I know, they might shoot 10 scenes and choose the most attractive people out of those 10. I know one pretty girl was in another show, I think it was a reality show called "Catfish".
