If it was any other network, they would have given it a second shot.

What is it with NBC, just have to cancel something, that does not SCREAM succes in the first season? Sometimes it takes time, to get to like the characters.
I can come op with a lot of shows, that did not have a very good first season. But then peaked in 2.3 or 4. It just feels like.. Why would they even bother?
only 13 episodes? And then they leave us with another cliffhanger? Wtf?
That is not allright.

Noah benneth, and the role zachary plays i liked. Grandmother of the twins, was also very good. Did not care to much about the others, and it seemed without the HERO essence, that we were used to.
But i really think the last two episodes were good.

All that marketing, that awesome trailer. Which shows us, they already had filmed it, when we saw the trailer. Almost the entire series. So they must have done it in a hurry.

Remember: Where are the heroes? Written with white paint on the roof. This could have been material from earlier, and then added in the finale. ( Last two episodes)

I agree with most of you. That is was a bit of a disappointment. But how high hopes did they not give us, with that awesome trailer? It was viewed 20 or 30 million times.

I was a huge fan of the orginal series, and i think it diserves a second shot.
Maybe netflix could take over?

This show f-cked up FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. One of them being a second show AFTER the originals was cancelled. Axing this is totally fair

Nah..

I liked Heroes Season 1, and two.
But it went down hill, i'll give you that.
But that was years ago.

Why go so big with marketing, games and so on, for 13 goddamned episodes?
I know TK had a second season planned. And they said on the website, if it would be a big enough succes, they would go forward with a second season.
Why the hel.. would they end the series with a cliffy?
So i think they pulled the plug to early.

Look around you. See some other shows. Look at CW shows. How porely some of those are, and they get renewed. Actually every show got renewed at CW.

So this series could continue elsewhere, if NBC would let it go.
They owe it to the fans. And if you don't wanna see anymore, then don't see the goddamn episodes!

Tim is a liar. "It's a one and done story, nothing else planned beyond this point. Its a completely contained story."

Then he turns around and throws out that last second cliffhanger, knowing full well that ratings for the first eps were in and weren't very good. He's a troll with money and is now toxic after DIG and the Kiefer Sutherland series went belly up, as well, before this tanked.

and now get this: the closest "official" fan page is saying that Hayden checking into rehab for post-partum (AGAIN!) is just "rumors and gossip". uh NO, HP's been VERY vocal about what she's been going through, and to deny that is a slap in the face to women EVERYWHERE, Isa and Willow!

Why should they burn more money? This is not a first season, which somehow could become some underground hit. All eyes were on this show and all the former fans were informed. There is no target group they had not tapped into already. The ratings are the highest this show would ever be able to get, no matter how many second chances you would like it to get.
They caused the greatest possible buzz and pissed it away with a poor show.
