I'm a little confused, was the commercial at the end meant to imply that didn't keep her promise to the dying guy & is continuing her work, or just meant to be an ironic thing now that we saw the horror she created?

Also on a side note, poor Sherilyn Fenn has NOT aged well, she was so crazy hot in Twin Peaks, and they really made her look terrible in this.

She didn't keep her promise to him and is now even the head of some major thing (I forget what it is) in the company.

As to your last sentence, I thought exactly the same thing. She is definitely not aging well. There are a ton of actresses that still look great even into their 60s and 70s, but she is not aging well, at all.
