A Special Kind of Crazy

Film starts off like a Korean version of fatal attraction with the obvious aberration that the wife seems oblivious to the affair.

SPOILERS follow

Then it takes a VERY odd u-turn with 2 scenes in particular standing out to me as nonsensical (I can only guess they are dream sequences) as no humans in the world would ever act like this

Anyone else who watches this movie and has any other theories I am interested in hearing from

1- There are multiple scenes where they pretty much imply sexual activities. After girl claims to be pregnant (I guessed she was lying) but doctor goes so far as to confirm she is a virgin still??? If virgin what were all the previous scenes about (did he never cheat?) and how did girl know her dream had really happened in the hospital?

2- Ending is dragged on WAY TOO LONG (I get the fact they are trying to show he really does love her, but seriously even mother does not go to get the baby for like 20 minutes?)
