Why

Not sure why a documentary on Nas had to be made. Should make for good Saturday nite filler on Fuse, Revolt, BET and VH1.

Nas will be getting blunted in the studio, talking about Kelis; "She did me wrong!" Talking like he's half asleep. LOL.

you're missing his point. he's not knocking nas as an artist, he's just saying that a nas documentary or movie would probably not be as exciting as everyone expects it to be. i'll reserve my judgment until i see it but he's not necessarily wrong. if you've watched nas give interviews, sometimes it's brutally awkward. he's either really high or really disinterested and gives incoherent answers while slurring his words. that's not something you can make a movie or documentary from.

it's one thing to make a movie about him but it's another to have him star in it. maybe it ends up being really good but if it resembles some of his interviews then it can also turn out really bad regardless of how great he is as an artist or how amazing illmatic is.

Illmatic was a game changer........

Illmatic was mos definitely a game changer! It's regarded arguably as the best hiphop album ever made, and for good reason. Nas has always been ridiculously ahead of his or anyone's time. He's one of if not the best to ever do it and this documentary was a great idea with the annoversary of the album. I cant wait to see it!

Time is illmatic keep static like wool fabric!
