Surprised they never covered this track from Illmatic - if I was the director I would've at least closed the movie with this legendary song from the record.

Just an idea.
they played part of it in the scene where he goes back to the projects and is just talking to people he grew up with. i think breaking it down track by track was a good idea until they ignored most of the 2nd half of the record. one of the many failures of this doc.
