While Wikipedia isn't exactly the most reliable source they too state that this show is 6 episodes only, so I hope that somehow this gets renewed because I really liked the first season.

Weird Loners is an American comedy television series created by Michael J. Weithorn. The 6-episode first season was ordered straight-to-series by the FOX network in 2014.[1] The series is executive produced by Weithorn and Jake Kasdan.[1] The series premiered on March 31, 2015.[2]

I don't believe it's getting renewed. Ratings have been low.

If you're not taking any steps forward, you're not moving at all.

Wow. Season Finale after 6 episodes is real. That was a blink.

I'm pretty sure six episodes is a sign of not being renewed.

While I liked it, I don't think the writers were very good. I liked the actors, but the writers obviously suck at making jokes. If it's only 6 episodes in the first season, it's getting the AXE and everyone is finding new jobs. I liked the premise, but they made the show TOO SERIOUS too much. First episode was great, then it was a decline... I wouldn't of minded a full season of the standard 12-14 episodes.

Totally agree on the Writers. Jokes are dragged out too much and aren't that funny.

And finally, an enjoyable episode! Predictable, but cute and engaging, and the cast really threw themselves into it. Just in time for the show to end, naturally! Oh well.

Yup, it was fun while it lasted. Too bad it's already over.

I liked them, too. And hey, if nothing else, this will have gained all of them some exposure! Maybe we'll see them in bigger and better things soon!

I know it was on another network and a few years ago, but Parks and Rec's first season was 6 episodes, it had low ratings, and it still got picked up...Most probably because of Amy Pohler being involved, though she wasn't that big of a star in 2009 yet.

It would be amazing if this show was renewed. One of the better comedies since Happy Endings.

Loved it. Nice finale. Wrapped up the six eps like a nice little romcom mini-series.
