I watched Extraterrestrial, thinking it was this movie. Didn't like it at all, thought it was a dumb slasher flick with aliens. Though if viewed as a comedy, it isn't too bad.

So finally I tracked down this film, realizing it was the one I wanted to see. And am very disappointed with it. The only good part was when the alien first appears in the basement, that was creepy. Other than that, this movie was a waste of time.

Though hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's impossible to win an argument with an idiot
