Versions of 'The Night That Changed America' Blu-ray Discs

I recently purchased copies of the BD of 'The Night That Changed America' The Beatles expecting that they'd all be the same. One shrink wrapped copy came from Minsk, Belarus with external Russian language looking Cyrillic on it. Another two copies (purchased as Xmas gifts for friends) came from a video retailer in Canada. The external packaging is completely different!

My initial thoughts were that the one from Belarus with 'Eagle Rock Entertainment' on it might be suspect but it has a unselectable 'Feature Commentary with Director' option from the pop-up menu! It has options for 2.0 and 5.1 sound (Dolby Digital only) that does function while other pop-up options have no text beside them and the chapter selection has boxes that contain no images! IOW it looks very home made and amateurish. Having said that both the picture and sound quality seem superior to the version that arrived from Canada. The image quality seemed grainy and the sound quality harsh. That version was called 'The Night That Changed America 2014' and is 'A Fabi Blu-ray Production'. To make matters worse it says on the back 'Copyright 2014 - For Promo Use Only Approximately 120 Minutes - All Region DVD 16.9'. So it's a BD saying: 'All Region DVD'!!!

Was there ever a sanctioned release of a BD version of 'The Night That Changed America'? My feeling is that I've had pirated copies fobbed off on my by both an eBay seller from Minsk an online Video retailer from Canada. I will be following up with the video retailer because I'm not happy with the quality of the two videos from them. Unfortunately I have another eBay gift copy in transit that's now too late for Xmas. Perhaps I'll end up with a third version???

How can I tell what a sanctioned, officially released version would look like I wonder?
