Just Stop!

In the words of Michael Douglas on the cover of a magazine much earlier in the 2015 year: "Enough is Enough!" How many Marine movies can the WWE afford to produce themselves? And how many of their "superstars" are they going to plug into lead roles who simply aren't worthy?

And how many movies overall are they going to make before they realize these won't go anywhere other than the $5 bin at Wal Mart? Honestly, Hollywood will never take WWE seriously as far as movies are concerned. The only breakthrough came 13 years ago when The Rock began appearing in the Mummy series as the Scorpion King. But by that time, he had already started to drift away from the WWE and seriously pursue a career as an actor on his own terms.

To say that guys like The Miz, Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose or even Kane are actors is a huge overstatement. Try being in something mainstream and without any WWE endorsements behind it if a wrestler or diva seriously wants to be known as an actor in films.

And really, Marine 4? It may as well have been called Eraser: Reloaded because the plot is a blatant rehash from Arnold Schwarzenegger's Eraser, 19 years ago: One agent must protect a female whistleblower on a defense contractor's dirty practices. No different here in Marine 4. Can't hide such obvious plagiarism!

Stuff like this is simply B-movie crap and obviously so because there's 1. Obscure names co-starring in them. 2. WWE has to always make reference to their wrestlers by their ring names on the DVD covers in order to grab any kind of marketing attention and 3. They're Direct-to-Video releases! Nobody in their right mind would seriously pay for a ticket to this or any other "movie" WWE makes in the future. So I kindly beg of WWE to stop with the movies. The company's losing money enough as it is without putting out crap that poorly sells.

Apparently with increasingly popular method of streaming films these days, direct-to-video material has been become more prevalent. Marketing cheap films have become even more cheaper. Hence the abundance of direct-to-video Z grade material in this day and age.

This will be the only comment or reply you'll get. Like I give a sh!t about YOUR interwebz opinion.
