Have they ever actually said

That Mutt is Roland, & Jocelyn's son? I know they have said something about them having a 30 year old son that never wants to see them, or something similar to that, but I can't remember them ever clearly stating it, or ever seeing Mutt at the same place, or interacting with either of them.
