They should recreate the original trailer for "The Room" with scenes from this movie. It'd be a nice homage to the source material, old fans would get a kick out of it, and new fans would be intrigued and wanna know more about the movie.

It'd be a nice little injoke for 'fans' of the movie, but it'd go straight over the heads of general audiences. The original film's too obscure, this movie would be totally misunderstood before its release date. That's a cool idea for a second teaser or a piece of viral marketing, but not as an initial trailer.

I am in that trailer. You'll see me standing up in the middle of the crowd shots within the theater with a short sleeved flannel shirt. I'm flailing my arms around, and then in another shot Tommy fist bumps me.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.
