some questions about sandy's epic ladder
1-how'd that get there?!
2-why did she knock it over? a) he'd no doubt take the stairs as that would be much faster b) not cool to treat ladders like that---probably gave it a bruise.

1 - they made it a point to show it when Sandy first arrived at the condo, it was up against the front wall, under another window
2 - a) not sure stairs would've been faster, but he for sure would've lost sight of her, if he could've climbed down the ladder, he could've easily seen where she ran
b) I think it'll be okay, but it is an expensive piece of equipment, and considering I don't recall her ever squaring up her rent with that semi-creepy landlord, not sure she could've afforded to replace it, if that fall had damaged it
