What does the "100 Code" mean?

I've been trying to find out the relevance of the title. Does anyone know the meaning of the term "The 100 Code"?

I've been trying to find exactly the same thing out myself! The closest thing I've found - which I'm sure is irrelevent unless it ties in in some philosophical way that is totally lost on me - is an outdated code used in early nuclear weapons, above-ground testing when a device either malfunctioned or broke on the tower and required either a clean-up crew or recovery by some intrepid technical team. Apart from that, I've Googled and Googled and absolutely nothing else comes to light. If you find out before me, any chance you could post the answer here? Much obliged!

The Hundred Code is a three digit police code system. This code is usually pronounced digit-by-digit, using a radio alphabet for any letters, as 505 "five zero five" or 207A "two zero seven Adam".

The are no code 100 in America, in Sweden we got but it's only use when they drop case for they have messup and made same case twice. So police code make no sense.
