Doctor-Patient Confidentiality

That is the reason the doctors didn't come forward with knowledge of Armstrong's drug use. It would have even more unethical and totally illegal for the doctors to spread information shared in a hospital room or office. Even sports medicine doctors who specialize in hormone or steroid treatments would be in breach of the confidentiality laws and the trust of all their patients. That is one complaint in this movie that is completely ridiculous.
