I'm watching it right now and at about 11 minutes there's a scene. Wow. This guy holds his a**hole in the camera and pulls his cheeks apart. That was unexpectedly explicit. This would probably be rated NC17 in America^^ Amazing. I laughed though.

Yes, the US market seems to be quite sensitive when it comes to nudity, especially male nudity. However, violence and gore seems to be just fine. :P
