So noisy on the streets and in the shelters!

I was bothered by the noise and I was watching it at home on a small portable dvd player!

The endless noise and people yakking would have been what would have bothered me the most. Those guys can afford to buy alcohol, seems like they'd have spent a couple of bucks on some good ear plugs.
