What's with the unrealistic sexual scenes?

Who grabs someone's hands and puts it down their pants? Public masturbation? What's with all this unrealistic situations? So bizzare. Why did Moira try to help some random suicidal trans girl?

i do find it unrealistic, that people are having this much random sex..then again, who knows

Random sex, I understand. That really does happen. But not in the way they portray on the show sometimes...

What criteria are you using to determine that the sexual scenes are unrealistic?

I think the scene with Allie and the other TA was very unrealistic. JMO. It just came out of nowhere.

A lot of bi and gay people are much more open with their sexuality and situations like that one, I would assume, happen. Especially in LA.
