‘Bosch’ Spinoff Series Ordered at Amazon’s IMDb TV

This should be good if done as well as the first few seasons.

We saw Harry applying for his PI license right at the end and let's face it, other than Crate and Barrel with their humor, we were treated to a pretty funny scene when Harry says (paraphrasing), "Oh, so the FBI has to approve this...." haha! He looked worried didn't he? Oops....

The series has potential for a lot of good stuff, because in the books Harry was really, really uncomfortable if not down right distressed to the core with the idea he'd cross the Rubicon and work for...The Defense! (i.e. Honey Chandler etc.)

And of course his former cop colleagues give him the cold shoulder to say the least! He becomes their enemy working for the side trying to get the criminals off.

He has a huge emotional and ethical issue with that in the books.. So it should make for some good stories in the series.

There are also some very interesting things they can use from the 1-7 plots that come into play for Harry after he retires from the force.

That final season was terrible though. Lots of filler material and little substance.

Well, Chandler had always been the Haller substitute. And Ryan Hurst playing the Cisco substitute.

Going to give it a try, me, but will be almost completely redesigned show, without the excellent emsemble cast. Will miss a bunch of supporting charactars - Jerry Edgar, Sgt Mank, Lt Billings, Chief Irving, Jimmie & Chaz (one o my favorite odd couples, them). Still and all, maybe Titus can hit anothar home run. Thanks for posting, you.

It is also a lot tighter budget than its spiner-offer.
