Guy tries to get Bosch to squash his traffic ticket (season 3)

A little later, Bosch just throws the ticket away. The real gem is a few episodes later when the guy confronts Bosch:

Guy (agitated): What did you do with the ticket I gave you, Harry?
Bosch: Didn't it get tossed?
Guy: I got a reminder notice in the mail yesterday.
Bosch: Ah, shit.
Guy: They're going to drop an arrest warrant on me.
Bosch: I tried. I'm sorry. It's all these new rules and regulations.
Guy: Okay, but --
Bosch: In the old days, I could have just reached out to the motor cop, have him bang in sick on the day of court.
Guy: Okay, but I mean --
Bosch: You know, they've clipped our nuts, Phil. So now you're the one that's got to pay the ticket. It's criminal.
