In the books, Bosch married Eleanor to get around the rule that cops couldn't associate with convicted felons. The marriage didn't last long, and they split up. She never told him he had a daughter until the girl was four years old.
shareOh ... interesting, thanks. There is something I like about this series, but I am not entirely sure what. Bosch is so thin-skinned, but determined, but the whole mother was a murdered prostitute thing is kind of weird, though they have handled it well. I am waiting for the next season.
