Instigating muscle head idiot

Whats with the guy who says he's there to protect them, but seems to be instigating more sh!t then anyone else?
The two guys he supposedly started a fight with in the garage with the aluminium one off vehicle, he started all of that. They were clearly just guys who helped the old man/owner out, and were just relaxing a bit whilst their boss tried to do some business.
