First off, let me clear that I am a big fan of the MCU, and love most of the films. I like this one quite a bit.
Now, here is the question. At one point in the film, we see a filmed version of the murder of Tony Stark's parents. It happens on a dark lonely road. And yet we see a filmed account of the attack. How is that possible? How did the Winter Soldier know where he would get the car to crash?

I didn't think he wanted the car to crash there. It was just a security camera on the private road to the Stark's house. Hydra then took the footage after he noticed it there.

A question for comics fans since it goes along with what the TC asked. Did the thing of Tony's parents getting murdered by Winter Soldier/Hydra happen in the original comics?
