First Avenger vs. CW

Enough comparing this to TWS, it's more similar to CW than TFA. But now that all 3 are done, I think they all compliment each other so well.

I didn't think much of Bucky when I first saw TFA. I quickly forgot about him, and when he came back in TWS, I didn't even know how they expected us to recognize him. Well going back to TFA, I definitely appreciate Bucky in that movie a whole lot more now.

I can't decide which one is the best, but all 3 are so tonally different, yet compliment each other so well, connect all the dots, and leave no loose ends untied. That is something the IM trilogy hasn't done, or the Thor movies.

I think Cap's trilogy is almost as good as the original star wars trilogy. Yeah, I said it.

The First Avenger is my favourite MCU movie of all, and Cap's trilogy are my top three MCU films.

1. CA:TFA
2. CA:CW
3. CA:TWS

All for a box of chocolates...

The Cap trilogy is definitely my favorite so far in the MCU, with TWS being the best of them all, imo.

I love the Cap trilogy, it's definitely the best in the MCU (So far).

The First Avenger is a fun adventure, Winter Soldier was awesome, and Civil War was a definite high-note to end upon.

I wish Iron Man had a better trilogy because his first movie was fantastic.

TFA is a classic superhero movie. The little average guy transforms into a superhero and takes on a supervillain to save the world. CW is a little more layered but I prefer the simpler story...motivations clear to understand unlike CW and a better villain in Red Skull.

The Cap trilogy is my favorite. Loved all 3 of them.
But if I had to rate them in order I'd still put TFA over CW.

It would be WS, TFA, CW.

Better than the Star Wars trilogy. Now how's that? I'm not a big Star Wars fan, so it's easy for me to say that. :D

At any event, Civil War has probably become my favorite in the Capt trilogy, but as you said, all three are great films that compliment each other wonderfully so it's hard to say which one is the best. The First Avenger, though, it is quite underrated.
