I didn't get why the 2 officers were falling over Kitty. She's not that pretty and she was very rude/ hostile to both of them, so why the fuss? Marshal was prettier, albeit very silly

I recently finished watching the series a 2nd time, and I mostly agree with you. Oona Chaplin is absolutely gorgeous to me, but Kitty was quite rude and unpleasant. (I thought Thomas was rude too, and Miles was the sweet one, so maybe Kitty/Thomas deserve each other) Marshall was sweeter as well, and I think she was lovely... the actress would be a great Elizabeth Bennet one day.

Are you talking about episode 1? Kitty was writing a letter to the mother of a soldier she just saw died. How did you expect that she should act? The two soldiers were jerks, especially the one who said she would be eating out of his hand in a week.

Kitty probably just read him correctly. It sounds as if he just wants a conquest and nothing more.

All the nurses are pretty.
