Its good. If you like supernatural series then you will like this one. Only horrible thing is the cliffhanger.
shareI agree with jokester, it wasn't too bad. With a quad of main characters the series had some decent writing, and the stories were leading up to the resolution/cliffhanger at the end.
The character that I wasn't too fond of was Manny, too critical, too cryptic and useless as far as I was concerned.
Supernatural has its followers, but so does Constantine.
I agree with your opinion about Manny. He's not in the comic, and serves only as an expression of conscience and signpost for Johnny, but he is mostly useless in helping to move the plot along and serves more as a distraction.
Many series seldom get a second season, so after 'Constantine' was cancelled producers of series that are on the verge of cancellation have decided to wrap up storylines and leave out the cliffhanger.
In the age of Netflix, many shows get a second (and third) life, plus the sales of boxsets doesn't hurt.
Do you often write responses to your own post so you can agree with yourself? That seems a bit desperate.

It's a pretty good show. Like the others mentioned, it ends on a cliffhanger.
