Is Van Damme back on drugs?
The guy looked like walking dead in this movie. Plus all the sweating and shaking (i dont think he was acting).
i know he was suppose to look bad, but it does not look like make up at all.

If you don't think it's acting, it's something else.
On the other hand, someone who just underwent surgery to remove a kidney, without any resting, suppose to sweat and shake.
I used to volunteer with drug addicts, I was focused on the movie, so it's possible I miss some real signs of addiction. The same as Vitaly, during the movie I thought to myself "wow, they really do good work here. Feels very realistic" but I didn't do the connection between JCVD drug problem and his performance. Maybe in second watch. It's kind of tricky.
