its such a bad movie that tries, makes it even worse

It was awful. I can overlook most flaws if the action is good, because that's the main reason I'm watching an action movie. But even those sucked in this. It was all obvious stunt doubles, then a cut to JCVD's while he stands still, then back to two stunt doubles fighting. The music was awful, the lighting made no sense, the cinematography was ugly, and the fight scenes were amateur. I think JCVD has just lost too much of his speed and power as he aged (like we all do!), and so they try to hide it. Clearly it doesn't work, and this movie is worse because of it.
