Awful, awful, awful dialogue.
Anyone else feel the same?
shareCompletely agree, this movie's dialogue was so cheesy. The actors were terrible and in some cases overacted.
shareGod yes. And it kind of sucks that two of the main actors are from two of my favorite movies(The Collection & Cabin In The Woods). I've never liked Joey Kern in anything but I do like Cabin Fever & Super Troopers.
shareYes! Cheesy dialogue, terrible, overracting actors. They nailed it!
B grade horror movie GOLD!
Bam Snap!!!
i didn't hate it but it's not a movie i'd ever watch (or want to watch) again. i adore Emma Fitzpatrick, so that was my main draw to the movie (that and i'm a horror movie fan). i loved both versions of THE OFFICE so i can get into this type of gig but this movie (and more importantly the characters) i just didn't find engaging or interesting. i did like Emma and i liked Pedro Pascal as the main vamp Max and i kind of sort of liked Fran Kranz as Evan (even though he was basically redoing his CABIN IN THE WOODS character).
shareColonel Sanders, you know.. the chicken guy π
shareYeah, I feel the same way. I didn't hate it, but I can't say I liked it, and it certainly never made me laugh.
shareYou are a moron. How in any way is Kranz redoing his wake and bake stoner role in "Cabin in the Woods" even remotely resemble his role as an uptight salesman in this role?
shareI wouldn't say "awful" as both the wit and irony picked up at the end.
I do agree the writing overall was not good. When you're stuck with very little action and one or two sets, with nothing but a few buckets of fake blood between you and the audience it must suck having lame lines too. It did get better though.
No, not really. It won't win any awards, but it was decent for a low budget movie.
shareYes I Agree 100% Awful 3/10!
shareI completely DO NOT agree. It was funny and witty. The whole movie was very enjoyable and easy to sit through. I find that can't be said for alot of movies.
Yea, Tho I Walk Thru The Valley Of The Shadow Of Political Correctness...πΊπΈ
It was decent. Some of the gags worked, some did not. In the end I would say I liked the movie, but at times the ridiculousness of it got a bit heavyhanded. The movie was somewhat less serious than I had expected, but 2015 have had its fair share of horror-comedies so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.
shareSTAY AWAY....3/10
