shareKid actors in general are creepy, especially ones on weird or scary television shows or movies. Since the actress that plays Minx is a little older, maybe she is just better at upping the creepy factor. The other little girl seems kind of wooden.

Minx as the girl's name came from the original Bradbury short story that this series was based on (or inspired by, as children weren't being instructed to kill their parents in the original), where her name was Mink. The story was published in 1951, set in what was then the future (I don't recall a date being specified, but there was world peace and some sort of impregnable defense system).
