Minx, that nasty psycho little minx?

A lot of posters say that Minx was evil and nasty and psychopathic even when not doing Drill's bidding and were hoping she'd be imprisoned or executed.

But in the last episode Minx was rather gracious when Henry apologized for helping to frame her for being possessed by Drill, the lie that almost got Minx executed. EXECUTED!

So Minx does seem more forgiving than most children.

Note that Wes, with typical parental caution for this series, left his daughter alone with a boy who helped send her to death row without expecting any trouble, and there wasn't any trouble as long as the kids were themselves and not controlled by Drill.

A warning to parents:

DON'T LET KIDS PLAY TOGETHER ALONE IF ONE OF THEM LIED AND ALMOST GOT THE OTHER ONE KILLED!! YOU CAN'T EXPECT MOST KIDS TO BE AS FORGIVING AS MINX.

that poor girl was put through hell because of Drill, betrayed every step of the way, and yes, was nearly killed for her trouble. She had every right to be pissed off and resentful.

now she just gets enslaved by the other Drills

According to Deadline, ABC hasn’t given up on The Whispers just yet however and want more time to make a decision.

Adding a touch of additional intrigue, Estrin teases that there are ways that the core characters could make it through this Season 1 finale, but “there are other ways to completely alter a character’s journey other than death.” He adds that “for them, death might be preferable.” It sounds as if those behind the show have managed to plan for all possibilities so that the finale does stand as a series finale if need be, but there is a framework in place for Season 2 if ABC grants them one.
all plays out Monday night on ABC.

sounds like producers gave them a fate worse than death

I hope you're right Elo, considering that the ending was a real WTF? Really? moment.

I don't get why some see minx as a brat and a psycho, either. Drill preyed on neglected children, which is why he could manipulate them so easily. Minx had a lot of pent up anger towards her father, and his mistress, and rightfully so.

yup Minx was on her way to resolving her conflicts with Wes and Henry. if they have a sequel it looks like they planned for her to resolve them with her father's mistress too. just in outer space on another planet's slave camp
