So, why the heck didn't JR send Frank into the challenge? Obviously Frank isn't really on his team and his heart is on the other side. By sending in Frank, you guarantee that one of the other team goes home.

1. Because the team needed Frank for the next worldly challenge.

2. Because Steve was plotting with the other team.

3. JR might not be as committed to the Lauren/Samm alliance as he lets them think.
