Julia just seems really dumb and like she has no redeeming qualities. I genuinely felt so bad for Emma because what's his face (can't even remember that ass's name) made her look stupid in front of everyone. She looked like a crazy girl chasing after someone who had no interest in her but he was saying all this stuff to her behind closed doors about how he liked her too.

I don't know why everyone was berating her for picking John and Julia calling her pathetic annoyed me. The name of the game is to find your perfect match, which they very well may be in the eyes of the show even if John seems to like Julia better. Just because John doesn't like her back as much doesn't mean they aren't a "perfect match". I do wonder why Emma didn't speak up about what John had said to her, but she doesn't seem as into the dramatics as many others this season. I agree I like Emma better.

shareI don't think it is fair to say that Julia's bad she disagreed with Emma because she thought she could do better rather than just wanting John. She seems to know this has just begun. Unlike John... who is madly in love within 48 hours. Still this one episode isn't enough to say Julia's a b*tch or Emma's clingy.

Julia doesn't seem dumb at all, she seems realistic. She asked him legitimate reasons for liking her and he really couldn't give her any. She seemed to be trying to let him down gently but he seems obsessive already and doesn't want to hear it. The things he said to Emma behind closed doors were really the same things he said to her in public, he liked her but he liked Julia more. Emma even overheard him saying he'd give his heart to Julia and when Emma asked him what was up he called her the wrong name (Julia) and said point blank he wanted Julia.
Even snuggling in bed together he was just babbling about Julia being what his heart wants but his brain liked Emma too. How many different ways can he say it? Emma made herself look stupid and then he decided to act like an @ss for emphasis and embarrass her. But she's also right, just because he feels a certain way doesn't mean they aren't each other's "perfect match" but they're not going to be a couple. A lot of people on this show act like it's all or nothing. Julia probably wasn't going to pick him whether he was available or not. Julia was pretty much saying, let him look dumb instead of Emma wanting a guy who clearly doesn't care enough about her. She wasn't trying to tear her down, she was being real with her and decided not to sugarcoat it.

I watch the afterbuzz show on Youtube for AYTO and on there Julia had said she was completely unaware of the way John (I think is his name) was treating Emma behind close doors. She was saying there are so many people in the house and you're really focused on yourself that sometimes you miss people linking up and she said watching it back if she was Emma she would have picked John as well because Julia even said that the way John spoke about Emma out in the open was very different from how he treated her behind closed doors. So I don't seen anything wrong with Julia she said she had reacted that way in the 1st episode because she was under the impression that John hadn't even given her any interest.

It's a little early to be judging julia, but i didn't really like how she couldn't hide her smile when john was talking about how much he preferred her to emma

shareYup. Emma has some qualities that remind me of (a more.. frazzled looking) Kate Winslet mixed with someone else that I cant pinpoint, and I love that. I personally think Julia is *beep* ugly lol, from the first 2 eps it seems both inside and out, so that doesnt help.
But yeah that moment was bruuuutal.
