This is my first season - is this the first blackout?
Did anyone else chuckle when they got a blackout? It was mostly their reactions that made me laugh. It was like someone had died. I mean, this should make it much easier to figure out couples now - even though they did lose a ton of money. Although if they don't hurry up, they won't get any money!
season 2 had a blackout but it was before the losing money rule came in
season 3 had a blackout too, much earlier in the process (week 2 or 3 i think) and they were just as dramatic about it haha
the whole thing just comes across as a bit idk like a tantrum? cos obviously they aren't guaranteed the money, but they sure act like they do
i do wonder if they'll be able to figure out the matches - mathematically it's possible for them to do so (whilst it wasn't at any point for season 3) so they just need to sit and figure out the beams!
Blackout was the best thing to happen to them. They weren't close to matching all 10.
shareYup, it was either lose money but have a chance at figuring it out, or end up not figuring it out and getting no money at all. Because everyone 100% thought Julia and Stephen were a match now, so they never would have gotten it right.
